Celebrating New Voices in Language, Literature, and Education
As the fifth Youth Conference approaches, the English Language and Literature (ELIT) and English Language and Literature, Teaching (ELT) study programs proudly celebrate the publication of the latest digital issue of Language, Literature and Education. This new volume continues to promote student research, creativity, and dialogue across the fields of language, literature, and education.
The Fourth International Youth Conference in Language, Literature and Education, held at the International University of Sarajevo on October 4, 2024, brought together young scholars and professors who explored the theme “Voices of Change.” The discussions highlighted how language and literature shape cultural awareness and education as forces for renewal and empathy.
The proceedings include diverse studies, from Japanese manga and anime as reflections on rebellion and power to existentialism in Meša Selimović’s fiction, inclusive education, and translation studies. The active involvement of students as hosts and moderators made the event both dynamic and collaborative.
The 2025 issue of Language, Literature and Education celebrates emerging voices and reinforces the role of academic exchange in shaping new ideas.
